We support adults, children and young people from aged 8yrs, who have learning disabilities and/or autism, mental health issues, and those who have behaviours that may be challenging, to live the life they choose and achieve things that are important to them. This could be making new friendships and relationships, going out and doing new exciting activities in their local community, enjoying living as independently as possible within their own home with a bespoke, person-centred support team.
The people we support face huge challenges every day but with the right support, these can be overcome. Thinking outside the box and working in total partnership supports our vision mission and core values, while challenging assumptions, attitudes, and policies. This means more people with disabilities can achieve their ambitions.
We also provide services to those who have a mental health diagnosis who may require support on many different levels.
